What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain React-based web application features with a focus on performance and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate pixel-perfect Figma designs into production-ready code.
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with TypeScript.
  • Contribute to our mobile app using React Native.
  • Participate in code reviews and help establish frontend best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience with React.js in a production environment.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar).

Backend Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to help scale our platform as we grow from 64,000 to 500,000+ members. You'll be working on systems that handle real-time messaging, matching algorithms, and user safety — work that genuinely matters.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build scalable, reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js (TypeScript).
  • Own the architecture and performance of key platform systems including messaging, notifications, and user matching.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Contribute to our machine learning pipeline for matching improvements.
  • Ensure platform security and GDPR compliance across all data handling.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL databases and query optimisation.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Community Manager

We're looking for a Community Manager to be the voice and guardian of the Klicktreff community. You'll cultivate a warm, safe, and vibrant environment for our members — both within the platform and across social media channels.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Klicktreff's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and grow our following.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including success stories, dating tips, and community spotlights.
  • Monitor and moderate the community, enforcing guidelines while maintaining a positive tone.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors and content creators.
  • Collect and surface member feedback to the product team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or content marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills in English; German is a significant advantage.
  • A genuine warmth and empathy for people, especially in sensitive contexts like dating.
  • Experience with social media management tools and basic content creation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
